Senior Management Members

The Anne Carlsen Center’s Senior Management Team consists of four individuals: the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Human Resources Director.

Chief Executive Officer – This position is responsible for providing the overall leadership, guidance, and direction of the Anne Carlsen Center and Anne Carlsen Center Foundation. Working with and through the staff, the incumbent leads the senior management team in creating and implementing a shared vision for the organization and establishing an environment that facilitates and motivates employees in working toward achievement of organizational goals. Recommendations and unusual problems are reviewed with the Board of Trustees. This position works within the guidelines of ACC policies/procedures, State and Federal Laws, rules, and regulations.

Chief Financial Officer – The purpose of this position is to ensure, through sound financial planning and management, that the Anne Carlsen Center will have the resources necessary to fulfill its mission of independence and that these services will be provided in a pleasant, safe, well functioning environment. The Chief Financial Officer works within the guidelines of Anne Carlsen Center policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.

Chief Operations Officer – This position is responsible for providing the overall leadership, guidance, and direction of the Anne Carlsen Center. Human Resources Director – The purpose of this position is to provide strategic human resource leadership. This position will ensure effective deployment of human capital to achieve agreed upon results. This position will drive and execute critical human resource processes throughout the organization. Position will be responsible to leverage human resources to accomplish key business objectives, implement culture change and develop a model for human resources to assure that ACC has the capability to achieve its strategies.
