Les Kendall began working at the Anne Carlsen Center in October of 1987. He started in the dorms with the older boys and also gained experience working with students on the autism spectrum. Les spent his first 8 years working between the dorms, assisting with personal cares and in the classroom setting during the regular school day. In 1994 Les was asked to participate as an on campus job trainer and eventually integrated to the Community Integration Training and Vocational Development program. Les has been with Community Integration for the past 18 years and a total of 24 years at Anne Carlsen Center.
