Bette joined the Anne Carlsen Center in 1987 as a part time RN and has served as Nursing Service’s Director since 2006.  The purpose of her position is to oversee the operations of the Nursing Service’s Department which include Infection Prevention and the Quality Enhancement Coordinator.

The Nursing Services Department includes Social Services, RN Case Management, Dietary, Nursing Services, Respiratory Therapy, CNA staff in the Medically Fragile Unit, Infection Prevention, and Clinical Administration.

Bette graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. 

Committees: Council of Quality Leadership, Management, Pharmacy, Infection Control, Quality Enhancement, Incident Review, Admissions, and Nurse Council.
